What, if any, advice can you give when it comes to fighting existing smoking bans? I live in Wisconsin and the ban here prevents any new cigar establishments from opening unless it was an establishment that was grandfathered in when the ban was passed into law.

Hello! My name is Bryan and I’m fairly new to the Cigar world. I’m attempting to startup a new “large” cigar import business that would introduce a new brand of Dominican cigars to the United States. I have my TTB importers license, but I’m overwhelmed by the new FDA requirements. We have about 10 cigars that I need to get FDA marketing approval for, labeling approval for, etc. Is there someone who I could contact/work with to help me through the process to write and submit all the necessary documentation?
