Since IPCPR is currently being held in New Orleans I thought it would be appropriate to comment on the use of the FLEUR-DE-LIS in cigar trademarks. 05.05.03 is the design code that the Trademark Office uses to classify the FLEUR-DE-LIS design. There are at least 35 trademarks on record with the PTO that have this design as part of there trademark as used in connection with cigars.
